1. Person table

   1. Each record contains the following information for each person:
      1. First and Last name
      2. A linked field for each event
      3. A formula field that compiles all of the events the person is attending
         

2. Event 1 table

   1. Each record contains the following information for the event:
      1. First name of attendee
      2. Last name of attendee
      3. Linked field to the Person table
         

3. Event 2 table

   1. Each record contains the following information for the event:
      1. First name of attendee
      2. Last name of attendee
      3. Linked field to the Person table
         

Each Event table was integrated with a single event on Eventbrite. When a user signed up for an event, a new record would be created in the appropriate table by using Zapier.

This all worked well, and the user wanted a master list that could show every person and all the events that they were attending.

(In the gif, we are using a Form submission as a proxy for a user signing up for an event on Eventbrite)

We created an automation per Event table that would, on creation of the record in the table, would paste the First Name and Last Name value in to the table's linked field to the Person table.

Doing this would either create a new record in the Person table with the person's full name, or would connect the Event record to an existing Person record
