I recently had an initial call with Adam after finding him on the Airtable forum solving similar problems to the one I was facing. We jumped straight on Zoom, and to be honest, he said it was a problem he hadn't experienced before. However, he got straight to work there and then in solving my problems with a 'test' base, and within the hour had fixed some really complex problems that I had been going around in circles on for days. It was clearly more of a problem than I anticipated, and it took us about an hour to problem solve, but that was because Adam clearly didn't want to leave me without a full and working solution.

Despite the amount of his time he spent on this, and my request to pay him for his work, he declined and said that the first call was 'on the house'. Luckily for him, this is the start of a fairly complex Airtable project/build out, and I look forward to running into another 'stumbling block' and I wouldn't hesitate to look at anyone else to solve the problem but Adam.
